The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a great TV and comfortable work desk. The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. The location was also convenient for cabs and close to the main town area. The gym equipment was easy to use, and the cleaning staff was friendly and diligent.
The night shift room service staff were not the most pleasant to deal with and there were some issues with the hotel door lock mechanism. it was a little confusing to navigate the layout of the driveway and directions given by the concierge were not always clear.

Great hotel. I would recommend it to all whol love luxury and style. Close to Nanjing shopping street '10 mins walk'. Fast and helpful service. Highly recommended.
They had part time staff for the restaurants who needed training. Chinese restaurant too expensive.

For me the hotel location is excelent ! the room ( 18th floor ) was great , with lots of nice stuff , like I pod station , nice tv , big spacious bathroom , lots of space in the room , great bed ! parking garage is great and service was Ok , I expected more friendlyness for such a high class hotel , but maybe not for guests who only stay one night , but overall its a perfect 10 for shanghai hotels for me ! will stay there again ! ps : I had brakfast at the starbucks nearby !
I choose the 1100 rmb offer which included a free drink and free internet ( per night ) , but I did not get a voucher for the drink or any explanaition , also there is no free wifi only cable internet which was not working with my computer !

Very clean, well designed, and very comfortable bed.
Even though targeted at Japanese/Koreans, staff was biased towards Westerners. My wife got out of the taxi with heavy bags while I was paying the driver. Only when I appeared, the staff bothered to help and in fact could not get get enough to give me their fullest attention, shaking my hand, etc. When I highlighted that he should have bothered to greet and help my wife first, he only looked at her from the side and coldly said "Ni Hao". (even though she is not a local Chinese).

Luxurious amenities and impeccable service Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & Wellness Centre, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi provided me with the perfect location to unwind after a long day. the service was impeccable - from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by polite and attentive staff who catered to my every need. the room was beautifully decorated with spacious areas, exclusive in-room breakfast and private facilities that made the stay even more comfortable. the restaurant served sensational dishes and the bar area provided a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a relaxing drink.
this was a minor issue and did not detract from the overall luxurious experience this hotel provides.

This hotel is located in a prime spot near both airports and close to all the popular attractions. Limited in outside activity however guests can make use of various on-site facilities like the gym. the spacious room and bathroom were clean and well-decorated. Breakfast had a variety of options, toast, muffins, fruits, and vegetables. Guests can enjoy a firm, wide bed for a comfortable rest.
The customer service and staff communication were horrible.

The rooms were a bit moldy despite the fact the hotel is new. And the service was more like a 3 star hotel standard.
